 A traditional breakfast in the UK is usually bacon, sausage, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, eggs and bread.

 Now, less people choose to eat the big traditional breakfast and choose to have things like cereal, oatmeal, juice, fruit and tea or coffee.

 Traditionally, lunch or dinner could consist of things like beef, fish and chips or potatoes, but now people eat more pasta, fast food and take out.

 The food is similar to U.S. food. 

 A trifle is an example of a dessert eaten in the UK.

 A trifle is made from several layers, including custard, whipped cream, sponge cake, jelly and fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
